Anaerobic High

2011 marked a definitive milestone in my life where I chose to to shape up – and shape up I sure did.  Holding on to inspirational disclosures such as ‘Impossible is Nothing”, “See your Dream, Define your Destiny”, “Eat Clean,  Train Mean, Live Lean”, “Sweat is fat crying”, “Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you”, “Pain is weakness leaving the body”, “There are seven days in the week and someday isn’t one of them”, “Winners find a Way, Losers find an Excuse”, “I don’t stop when I’m tired, I stop when I’m done” – I launched a full-scale onslaught targeting unhealthy calories and started eating clean and at the same time hitting the gym!  As a result, I shed 12 kgs of fat and gained heaps of muscle!  The secret to this? KETTLEBELLS.
